Inspiring Leadership
This course will allow the student to transform themselves as a leader, entrepreneur and manager, giving a complete understanding of effective team building via the methods of Inspiring Leadership. The student will recognize the importance of applying different emotional intelligence techniques, management styles and types of motivation in a diverse and changing environment.
The program will know how to build a team and its connections. The student will be able to strengthen people management skills in a period of uncertainty and chaos, learn to achieve objectives, and motivate and develop a team in a coaching style. Also, the student will learn how to build communication by taking into account the partners’ patterns and providing feedback in an environmentally friendly way.
The kinesthetic approaches in the program allow the student to pump the skills through business cases, working in mini-groups and creating own unique leadership model.
The design-thinking tools accompany the student throughout each module and help develop creativity in business design.
