The three month business mentoring program helps you focus on one priority, cut through the noise and get tangible results in a specific area of your business: revenue, team, systems or product.

We work only with your real situation: instead of collecting theory, you immediately apply tools in your business, test solutions on real cases, receive honest feedback and refine your actions until they work.

A mandatory part of the program is practical homework between sessions, which you complete on your own, with partners or with your team members. This turns insights into concrete steps and measurable changes in your business.

During the program we go through a concentrated cycle: clarifying the key request → diagnosing the root causes → designing an action plan → implementation in the business → analysing results and locking in what works.

The format of the program is 4 individual mentoring sessions within 3 months, with practice and implementation between meetings.
The duration of one session is 90 minutes.
