The six‑month business mentoring program helps you get out of operational chaos, build a manageable system tailored to your business, focus on key profit drivers and strengthen your team around you as a leader.

We work only with real tasks from your business: you immediately apply tools in the company, test solutions in the field, receive honest feedback and refine your actions until they bring stable results.

A mandatory part of the program is practical homework between sessions, which you complete on your own, with partners or with your team members in the company. This helps you anchor new approaches not only in your head, but in the real actions of the business.

During the program we go through a full cycle: situation diagnosis → choice of strategic priorities → solution design → implementation in the business → analysis and scaling of what works.

The format of the program is 9 individual mentoring sessions over 6 months, with practice and implementation between meetings.
The duration of one session is 90 minutes.
